The Brochures: All descriptions and information are supplied in good faith. Caribbean Exotica and its agents are not liable for any errors or inaccuracies in the brochure or other literature. The property/price categories reflect the evaluation of Caribbean Exotica.

Arrival/Departure: Rentals normally commence after 12 p.m. on the day of arrival and terminate at 10a.m. on the scheduled day of departure (to allow time for cleaning).

Occupancy: The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed the number stated in Caribbean Exotica literature and in the booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. No refund is payable if the number of occupants is less than the sleeping capacity of the property.

The Property: Caribbean Exotica reserves the right to offer substitute accommodation of a similar or higher category to that booked should circumstances make it necessary.

Booking Costs: If significant international telephone or telex costs are incurred by Caribbean Exotica in the process of making a booking, which is subsequently cancelled, or in attempting to make a booking, then a charge, separate from any other possible cancellation costs, of up to $50 may be payable to cover these booking costs.

Payment: A deposit of 2/3 of the total rental cost must accompany the booking. The balance of the rental must be paid at least eight weeks before departure.

Changes/Late Bookings: A charge of up to $225 is payable for changes to the original booking, except for upgrading or for bookings received within eight weeks of the start of the rental.

Returnable Deposits: For certain properties a returnable deposit may be required. This covers possible damages and/or telephone usage.

Prices: Rental prices and conditions are subject to change without notice. Prices include an upcharge to cover administrative costs if any.

Prices do not include: Airfare (see airfare chart for sample fares); car rental, car insurance or taxes (see car rental chart); food, drinks or personal items; returnable damage or telephone deposits where applicable; Chef service.

Cancellation: Rental cancellations must be received in writing. In the event of cancellation, Caribbean Exotica or its agents will endeavor to re-let the property and refund the deposit and rental payment less any costs incurred in cancellation. The client shall be liable for any loss sustained by Caribbean Exotica in making the cancellation.

Car Rental Conditions: Minimum Rental: one week. Drivers Age: minimum 21. Driver's License: Valid US license acceptable (if held for more than 12 months). Rental Tax: not included. Gasoline: not included. Deductible Collision: the first $600 is payable by the client in the event of collision. This sum may be required as deposit. Collision Damage Waiver; on payment of $7.75 per day the client will not be liable for the Deductible Collision.

Car Delivery/Collection: on request, the car may be delivered to or collected from your accommodation. An additional charge may be payable for this service depending on distance involved.

Responsibility: Caribbean Exotica and/or its agents act only as agents for the passenger with respect to service provided passenger by others including but not limited to transportation and accommodation services on the express condition that they are not liable for any failure in such services or injury, loss, damage, delay or inconvenience occasioned by defect in any vehicle or by any act, accident, omission or error in providing such transportation, accommodation or other services. Caribbean Exotica can accept no responsibility for loss, injury, damage or expenses due to any delay, change of schedule, default or overbooking or accommodation, sickness, weather, strikes, war, theft or other causes beyond its control. The right is reserved to decline to accept or return any person or to cancel or alter accommodation, transportation or other arrangements.

The airlines involved shall not be responsible or liable for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their conveyance. The airlines shall not be responsible for the services or representations of Caribbean Exotica or its agents. The services of any IATA or ATC carrier may be used in the conveyance of passengers. The passage contract in use by the company when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the companies and the purchaser of these tours and/or passage.
