Terms & Partner Agreement

1. Partnership Overview

By entering into this Partner Agreement with Caribbean Exotica ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Partner," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. This agreement governs your participation in the Caribbean Exotica partner marketing program and your association with BestCaribbeanDestination.com.

Caribbean Exotica serves as the official partner marketing platform connecting Caribbean-based businesses ("Partners") with travelers booking through BestCaribbeanDestination.com. Our mission is to route quality, premium travelers directly to your establishment.

2. Partner Eligibility & Responsibilities

To become and remain a Partner, you agree to:

• Operate a legitimate business legally registered in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Maintain quality standards appropriate for serving premium travelers
• Honor any VIP offers, discounts, or experiences promised to travelers
• Respond promptly to inquiries and booking requests
• Keep your business information, photos, and offers current and accurate
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in deceptive, discriminatory, or illegal business practices

3. Marketing Plans & Services

Caribbean Exotica offers three tiers of partnership marketing plans:

4. Payment Terms

• Annual partnership fees are due at the time of enrollment and renew annually on the same date
• All fees are non-refundable after 30 days of the subscription period
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before renewal
• Partners are responsible for any applicable taxes
• Failed payments may result in suspension of listing visibility

5. VIP Program Requirements

Partners agree to participate in the VIP Traveler Program by:

• Recognizing and honoring VIP documentation presented by travelers
• Providing agreed-upon VIP experiences, discounts, or special offers
• Not discriminating against VIP travelers in service delivery
• Reporting VIP verification issues to Caribbean Exotica promptly
• Maintaining the quality of VIP offerings as advertised

6. Prohibited Activities

Partners shall not:

• Submit false, misleading, or deceptive business information
• Impersonate another business or create fraudulent listings
• Use the Caribbean Exotica or BestCaribbeanDestination.com name without authorization
• Violate the privacy or rights of travelers or other partners
• Attempt to circumvent the booking or tracking system
• Engage in any activity that damages the reputation of Caribbean Exotica

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• By Partner: With 30 days written notice before the next renewal date
• By Company: Immediately if Partner violates any terms, at our sole discretion
• Automatic: Upon failure to pay renewal fees within 15 days of due date

Upon termination, all VIP offers must be honored for bookings already made, but no new bookings will be generated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Caribbean Exotica acts solely as a marketing platform connecting Partners with travelers. We do not guarantee the number of travelers, booking volume, or revenue outcomes. We are not liable for any disputes between Partners and travelers, business losses, or indirect damages. Partners assume full responsibility for their business operations and compliance with local laws.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Caribbean Exotica operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

10. Modifications

Caribbean Exotica reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
